Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, with over 16 years of experience in managing and executing high-complexity civil engineering projects, developed in Portugal and international markets.

Throughout his career, he has led and participated in landmark projects in residential and commercial buildings, as well as large-scale road and hydraulic infrastructure projects, gaining a comprehensive view of all project lifecycle phases, from planning and technical coordination to contractual management, multidisciplinary team coordination, and time and cost control, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

In recent years, he expanded his activity to real estate investment, complementing his technical experience with specialized training certified by DGERT. The combination of solid civil engineering experience and a strategic view of real estate investment allows him to analyze and develop projects in an integrated manner, balancing technical rigor, economic viability, and value creation, with a focus on Excellence, innovation, and sustainability, contributing to the development of solid projects that generate trust among clients, investors, and partners.
